FTS is a tech support website. We help people by fixing their computer problems. If you need tech support then you must register and become a part of the FTS Community. If you already registered then visit our Forums if you need help . If you don't know how this site works then take a look at our new members guide below.
NOTE:Our helpers are all volunteers. They take some time out of their lives to make yours easier, so please respect them. Foul language will not be tolerated.

FTS is a small website that dedicates it's available time for you. In fact we don't even have more then 100 members yet. That's how small it is.
This site is and will supported by grateful future and present members along with future sponsors.
It doesn't cost you a single thing to ask a question. So why wait?
Here's how this site works:

 
REGISTER:
The first step to posting at our site is to choose a username and password. Until you register you will not be able to post a new post a new topic to ask for help. You can register here. If you already registered continue on to the next step.

LOOK THROUGH OUR FORUM:
Before you create a new topic take a look through our forum to see if someone else has posted the same topic. At the top right or every FTS page is a search bar. Note: If you are asking for help on our Malware and Virus Removal Forum do not reply to anyone else's topic. Create your own by following the next few steps.

CHOOSE A CATEGORY:
If you're here then it means you couldn't find an answer right? Head over to http://funtechsupport.forumotion.com/forum (or click on "Home" up at the top. You can create a topic on and of our forums sections. Please post your question only once. You can request it to be moved later.



CREATE NEW TOPIC:
After you choose your category you can start a new topic by clicking on the
New topic button displayed below.



POST THE QUESTION:
That's it! All you have to do now is post the question. You will have to enter a title and the message saying in detail what the problem is. Please be as descriptive as you can so our helpers can determine what the problem is and how to solve it. Be sure to include your Operating System (Windows XP, Windows Vista,Mac, Linux, etc) as well as the exact text of any error messages you might be seeing.

SOME RULES:
These are some site rules you must follow.
    * Please post your question only once! You can ask a Moderator to move your question later if necessary (by clicking on the  button).
    * Do not post advertisements of any kind.
    * Be polite and patient to everyone! You may not use foul language of any kind (not even if censored) and you may not post offensive messages or images.

Support in the Forums ONLY!

For the safety of our members, we must require that all technical support take place in the forums. This offers the opportunity for peer-review with the hope that bad advice can be corrected. Having problems and solutions publicly visible may also help someone in the future who is experiencing the same issue. As a result, we do not allow assistance to be given via email or Private Message. Due to the risks involved, we also do not allow live remote control of computers by our volunteers. If you're looking for live support, there are other (paid) sites that provide that service.

TIPS:
These are some useful tips for this site:
 
    * REPORT A POST: At the top-right of every post, you'll see a button()  called "Report post to moderator or admin." Click this button any time you see a post that violates our rules, or when you need your question moved to a different category.
    * SOLVED: Did we solve your problem? Just create a new post that says, in bold, "Mark Solved". Please say this to let us know that we've helped and so that an admin or moderator can lock that topic!
    * NO ANSWER? If you don't get a response to your question quickly, give it some time! Remember that volunteers are not always available to answer your question. If a day or so goes by without a response, DO NOT start a new topic! Simply find your old one and reply back with the word "bump." This will bring your question back to the top of the list.
